I know I'm a bit late in the day for setting this up, but do any of you guys have a list of books you're currently reading, or do you have a list of books you want to get through this year?

I have been picking up some books from the library recently. I got a new card, as I haven't visited the library in years! I started writing again, so I've been trying to expand my reading along side that.

On my current to read list I've got The Thief by JR Ward. It's her new book which is coming out this month.

I borrowed a book from the Library called Between the Crosses, by Mathew Frank. It's the first time I've heard of the author, so I'm not sure what his writing will be like, but the cover photo grabbed my attention which is why I picked it up.

I also borrowed a book by Christine Feehan called Covert Game. I'm not always a massive fan of Feehan, definitely not books for young adults in my opinion, but since it was there on the shelf I decided to try it.

I have just finished a Sherrilyn Kenyon book, and I've finally caught up ready for her new novel which I believe is coming out later in the year; so my next one to read will be Between the Crosses.

What books have you read so far, and which are on your To Read list?

All that is gold does not glitter,
Not all those who wander are lost;
The old that is strong does not wither,
Deep roots are not reached by the frost.

From the ashes a fire shall be woken,
A light from the shadows shall spring;
Renewed shall be blade that was broken,
The crownless again shall be king

J. R. R. Tolkien

I have somehow managed to triple the amount of books sitting on my nightstand... found a lot of good reads for cheap at thrift stores and such. ^_^ So my reading goal is the pile next to my bed...
